- 3–4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded*

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
